Broad knowledge of municipal infrastructure, planning, design, infrastructure rehabilitation and maintenance.

Advanced understanding of multi-disciplinary asset requirements to effectively develop and maintain asset lifecycle policies including valuation methodologies in the operation, maintenance, and upgrade of municipal infrastructure.
